Livy Renata recently candidly admitted her admiration for Raffi Ahmad during a podcast with Gya Sadiqah, who is the artist’s cousin. Following her confession, she faced significant backlash from netizens.
The star of the film “Aku Jati, Aku Asperger” expressed her fear over the online hostility she encountered. She clarified what she meant when she said she liked Raffi Ahmad.
“I’m really scared because people keep saying I really like him, but it’s not like that. In the podcast, when I was asked about my ideal guy, I mentioned someone close, so I used him as an example,” she explained in an interview on Insert Trans TV, Monday (April 14, 2025).

Livy Renata feels that netizens have misinterpreted her words about liking Raffi Ahmad, but she has resigned herself to the criticism.
“It seems like they misunderstood me. I always feel like I’m at fault. Well, there’s nothing I can do about it,” she said.
When asked about Raffi Ahmad, she described him as a charismatic and funny person, stating that he makes her a fan.
“I think he’s funny and charismatic, very humble. He always greets people; he’s very nice,” she added.
Livy also mentioned that, besides Raffi, she admires many other artists and looks up to her seniors in the industry.
“I also like Raditya Dika, and I’m a fan of Nagita and Cinta Laura. I admire many artists,” she concluded.
